Home Based Strength
Phil's training plans include two 40-minute strength and conditioning workouts each week. The exercises are explained with instructions, images and videos in the PDF provided within the workout.
All exercises (or alternatives) can be done at home with a mat, dumbbells and/or band. You can also complete the session in the gym using machines and/or the free weights area.
