The bike and run workouts in your training plan are structured using the Workout Builder function in TrainingPeaks. This enables you to export your bike (power) and run (pace) workouts to your devices and training software, such as Garmin, TrainerRoad, Zwift (bike and run) and Wahoo Elemnt.
Once you've exported a workout, you can then follow it on-screen as you train.
- Run workouts are exportable using Pace as a measure.
- Bike workouts are exportable using Power as a measure.
