Our certified coaches are on hand to answer any questions for the duration of your subscription. We want to provide you with an affordable and effective training solution rather than leave you alone with your training.
Some limits apply, like personalisation or analysis of your training, but for anything else relevant to your plan, we would love to help. We also give you full access to our online help centre, with videos and articles to help you train effectively.

How do I get Started?

- Follow the steps to link to our TrainingPeaks coach account and we’ll upgrade you to Premium (if purchased)
- Choose your plan and request from your MyProCoach account
You can easily cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again, but your subscription and benefits will continue up until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you have paid for 3 months and cancel after 1 month, your benefits will still continue for another 2 months.
At the end of your current billing cycle, your TrainingPeaks account will be unlinked from our coach account and you will be downgraded from TrainingPeaks Premium (if you purchased this option). Your TrainingPeaks login credentials will remain the same.
If you still have time left on a training plan that you wish to continue, you may have the option to purchase the remainder of the plan at a discounted price.
