Your plan includes swim workouts designed to improve your aerobic, anaerobic and muscular endurance, as well as technique and speed skills.
You can follow your swim workouts using either Critical Swim Speed (CSS) or Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) as a measure of intensity. You will need to follow swim workouts from Phil's hand-typed description.
**You will need to have entered your CSS into your TrainingPeaks settings to see the planned distance and duration.**
Following Your Workout
However, you can recreate your sessions in Garmin Connect to follow them, in real time, on your watch.
Alternatively, you can print your swim workouts and take them in a plastic sleeve to poolside (a small whiteboard also works).
