Your plan includes swim workouts designed to improve your aerobic, anaerobic and muscular endurance, as well as technique and speed skills.
You can follow your swim workouts using either Critical Swim Speed (CSS) or Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) as a measure of intensity. You will need to follow swim workouts from Phil's hand-typed description.
You will need to have entered your CSS into your TrainingPeaks settings to see the planned distance and duration.
Unlike the bike and run workouts in your plan, you cannot export swim workouts to your devices. We hope that Garmin and TrainingPeaks will make this possible soon.
