Your plan includes swim workouts designed to improve your aerobic, anaerobic and muscular endurance, as well as technique and speed skills.
You can follow your swim workouts using either Critical Swim Speed (CSS) or Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) as a measure of intensity.

Enter Your Threshold and Zones
It is important for you to have your swim threshold speed (CSS) and training zones set up correctly.
You will need to have entered your CSS into your TrainingPeaks settings to see the planned distance and duration for your planned swim workouts.
Unlike the bike and run workouts in your plan, you are unable to export swim workouts to your devices. We hope that Garmin and TrainingPeaks will make this possible soon.
