You have been following your training and progressing well, you might be concerned that when you take your vacation, you will lose fitness. Don't worry though, missing a week you won't lose any fitness, and if you miss two weeks, you'll lose a tiny bit, but you'll regain it in two weeks.
Step One
Look at your training calendar and switch weeks around so that your holiday coincides with a recovery week. This way scheduled training will be lighter and potentially more achievable.
Step Two
Do what you can but don't stress. While you are away it will depend on the facilities and the time you have available. It's probably not worth trying to do a bad version of your programmed training, for example riding on an old gym bike. It might help you maintain your fitness, but it won't grow it. Switch workouts around accordingly, for instance, you may be able to run easily, but have no access to a pool.
Step Three
Make the most of your vacation. Proper rest and recovery are invaluable physically and psychologically so make the most of the opportunity. Take time to enjoy your vacation and friends/family, you can get back into training properly on your return.
