When you subscribe to MyProCoach as an “Unlimited Athlete,” you can manage everything about your training and subscription from your account page on the MyProCoach website.
What you can do from your dashboard
You can:
Update payment details and check renewal dates.
Request a new training plan whenever you want — just select the plan in your account page and your coach will add it to your TrainingPeaks calendar.
Switch between subscription types or cancel your subscription.
Learn about the referral scheme to save money when you refer friends.
If you forget your password, you can use this “Lost Password” link from the login page to reset it.
If you run into any problems, just contact your assigned coach (via the contact option or email) and the team will help.
How Subscription Changes Work
Switching subscription type: You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the “Switch Subscription” option. Upgrades take effect immediately (you may need to pay the difference); downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Canceling your subscription: Select “Cancel” in your account page. You won’t be charged again, and your existing workouts remain visible until the end of the billing period. After that, your TrainingPeaks account will be unlinked (and downgraded if you had Premium). Your TrainingPeaks login stays the same.
No refunds for past billing cycles: Refunds only apply if you cancel inside any trial period — you won’t get money back for completed cycles.
Why This Matters
This control gives you flexibility and transparency: you can adjust payment info, manage subscription level, pick new plans when ready, or stop anytime. It keeps you in the driver’s seat of your training and subscription.
