Request Plans, Manage Payments, Switch or Cancel Subscription

When you become an Unlimited Athlete, you can access your MyProCoach Account from the MyProCoach website.

From your account page, you can manage everything related to your subscription and training:

• Request Your Next Training Plan
• Switch or Cancel Your Subscription
• Find out About Our Referral Scheme and Save
• Watch Phil’s Helpful Videos

Manage Payment Details

Easily update your card details and check your subscription renewal dates directly from your MyProCoach dashboard. Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to your training plans and coaching support.

Request Your Next Training Plan

When you’re ready for a new training plan, visit your MyProCoach account page and select your next plan. Based on your needs and goals, you can choose a new plan, and your coach will add it to your TrainingPeaks calendar.

Switch Your Subscription

If your needs change, you can switch your subscription type anytime. To downgrade or upgrade, go to your MyProCoach dashboard and click on “Switch Subscription.”

• Upgrading: If you upgrade, your new plan will take effect immediately, and you may need to pay the difference.
• Downgrading: If you downgrade, your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Choosing Between Basic and Premium Unlimited Athlete Subscriptions

Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, go to your MyProCoach account and select "Cancel." No further payments will be charged, and your workouts will remain on your calendar until the end of the billing cycle.

At the end of your cycle, your TrainingPeaks account will be unlinked, and any future training will be removed. If you have TrainingPeaks Premium, it will be downgraded. Your TrainingPeaks login credentials will remain unchanged. Refunds are not available for previous payments.
