Pausing your Unlimited Athlete membership is designed to be simple and flexible, while keeping your training history intact and ready for when you return.
How to Pause Your Membership
You can pause your membership directly from your dashboard in just a few steps:
- Go to your dashboard
- Select Pause Membership (within the cancel section)
- Choose your preferred pause duration:
- 4 weeks
- 8 weeks
- 12 weeks
- Confirm your selection
Once submitted, your request is processed and our coaching team will take care of the rest.
Pause Terms
Before pausing, please note:
- Pauses are not available within the first 30 days of starting your membership
- You can pause a maximum of 2 times per year
What Happens During a Pause
When your pause begins:
- Your billing is placed on hold
- Coach support is paused
- Your TrainingPeaks account will:
- Be downgraded to Basic, or
- Remain Basic if already set, or
- Remain self-paid Premium if you pay TrainingPeaks directly
- Your current training plan will be removed and you will be unable to apply any new training.
You’ll still be able to log in and view your previous training at any time.
While You’re Paused
Your training history remains accessible, so you can return without losing data. If your plans change and you’d like to come back earlier, just get in touch and we’ll reactivate your membership.
Reactivating Your Membership
Your membership will automatically be scheduled to resume after your selected pause period (4, 8, or 12 weeks).
On your return:
- Your coach will review your setup and get in touch
- Your TrainingPeaks account will be restored (including Premium access if applicable)
