As a MyProCoach athlete, you can access expert support throughout your training journey. Our certified coaches are here to assist with any questions or concerns via Email or Chat, starting from the purchase date and continuing for 3 months after your plan is completed.
- To Email the Coach, click the “Email the Coach” button at the top of this page.
- For Chat support, click the orange Help button at the bottom-right corner of your screen. If a coach is online, they’ll be available to help you immediately.
We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions along the way. Our goal is to offer affordable, personalized coaching support so you never feel left alone with your plan.
Please note: Support is led by you, the athlete. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume everything is going smoothly with your training. However, we’re always here if you need assistance.
Common Questions We Can Help With:
- How to make scheduling changes or adjustments.
- How to plan for and fit lead-up (B/C) races into your schedule.
- Managing injury or illness during training.
- Setting up training thresholds and zones.
- Personalization tips for your plan or training routine.
What We Don’t Handle:
While we’re happy to answer general questions related to your plan and provide guidance, we do not:
- Personalize your training plan.
- Analyze your individual training data or performance metrics.
For example, we cannot adjust your schedule or analyze your training. However, we are happy to explain how you can do this yourself.
