As a MyProCoach athlete, our certified coaches are happy to answer your questions, by Email or Chat, for the duration of your plan - starting from the purchase date. Plus, you get an extra 3 months after completion.

We are happy if you contact us when you have questions along the way. We want to provide an affordable and effective training solution rather than leave you alone with a training plan.

Personalization and Analysis
The only things we don't include are the personalization of your training plan, analysis of your training data or answers to things unconnected to your training plan.
For example, we cannot make adjustments to your schedule or analyse your training. However, we are happy to explain how you can do this for yourself.
