Once you are training with us, our Certified coaches will happily answer your questions by email for the duration of your training plan - starting from the purchase date. Plus, an additional 3 months!
So rather than you following your training plan unsupported, you have the option to email our coaching team whenever you have any questions.
In our Help Centre there’s the “Email The Coach” button at the top of the page, should you need further assistance.
You are welcome to contact us if you have questions along the way. We want to provide an affordable and effective training solution rather than leave you alone with a training plan.
The only things we don't include are the personalisation of your training plan, analysis of your training data or answers to things unconnected to your training. For example, we cannot view your completed training and make comments on it.
