Dietary requirements are different for every athlete, so I do not include any specific pre-written dietary advice in the training plans. However in the future we aim to create a range of diet plans that you can use in conjunction with your training plan.
In the past we have worked with a sports nutritionist who creates bespoke individual diet plans based on your training plan, height, weight and dietary preferences. This works well, but is fairly expensive due to the level of personalisation. Sally Pinnegar at FitNaturally based in England.
