Do you find on some days that your get-up-and-go has got-up-and-gone?
Don't worry; you're not alone. Check the following tips to help you keep your training mojo alive...
Step One: Put Your Kit On
Motivation can stem from a first small action. Taking the first step towards achieving your daily goal by pulling on your trainers and heading out the door is often all it takes.
Take control of your motivation rather than waiting for it to happen.
Step Two: Strike a Balance
Set yourself goals that are achievable. Look at your day, prioritize and plan your training into your schedule. If you need to reduce sessions or switch your training days around, that's OK. Do what you can, and don't set yourself up for failure in training or your work/family/social life.
