Pace Zones and Description
It sounds like your training zones may not be correct in your TrainingPeaks settings. Hopefully, this will be an easy fix.
The workouts are structured using training zones that are calculated as a % of your running pace threshold. You should have determined your threshold pace (from your fitness test), and now you need to check your TrainingPeaks settings are correct.
