Already know your Critical Power (CP) and Stryd Training Zones?
Enter these straight away to your TrainingPeaks settings.
New to Running with Power?
Follow the workouts to pace or feel until Stryd has enough information to calculate your Critical Power.
Critical Power Changed?
You will need to adjust your TrainingPeaks settings to ensure your thresholds and zones are inline with Stryd.
