What You Get with Each Subscription
Basic Unlimited Athlete
Includes a Basic TrainingPeaks account — enough to follow your plan, log workouts, and track basic progress.
Access to all of MyProCoach’s training plans and ability to swap between them freely.
Best for: Athletes who only need structured plans and simple tracking, or those who already have their own Premium TrainingPeaks subscription.
Premium Unlimited Athlete
Includes a full TrainingPeaks Premium account — advanced tools like drag-and-drop calendar, advanced metrics (heart rate, pace, power), and performance charts.
All the same features as Basic: full access to plans, flexibility to swap plans, and coach support.
Best for: Athletes who want more control over scheduling, deeper insight into performance data, and better tools for long-term tracking.
If You Already Have TrainingPeaks Premium
If you already have TrainingPeaks Premium, choose the Basic Unlimited Athlete — you’ll still get full plan access and coaching support without paying twice for Premium access.
Summary
Both versions of Unlimited Athlete give you access to MyProCoach 1000+ plans and coach support. The difference lies in how much functionality (tracking, scheduling, performance analysis) you want from TrainingPeaks:
Basic = plan + coach support + simple tracking
Premium = as above + full tools + deeper tracking + flexible calendar
