When signing up for MyProCoach’s Unlimited Athlete, you can pick either the Basic or Premium subscription. Which you choose depends on how deep you want your data and training tools to be — both give full access to plans and coaching support.
What You Get with Each Subscription
Basic Unlimited Athlete
Includes a Basic TrainingPeaks account — enough to follow a plan, log workouts, and track basic progress.
Access to all of MyProCoach’s training plans and ability to swap between them freely.
Best for: Athletes who only need structured plans and simple tracking, or those who already have their own Premium TrainingPeaks subscription.
Premium Unlimited Athlete
Includes a full TrainingPeaks Premium account — advanced tools like drag-and-drop calendar, advanced metrics (heart rate, pace, power), and performance charts.
All the same features as Basic: full access to plans, flexibility to swap plans, and coach support.
Best for: Athletes who want more control over scheduling, deeper insight into performance data, and better tools for long-term tracking.
If You Already Have TrainingPeaks Premium
If you already use TrainingPeaks Premium independently, you can simply choose the Basic Unlimited Athlete — you’ll still get full plan access and coaching support without paying twice for Premium access.
If your Premium subscription is due for renewal soon, you can switch to Premium Unlimited Athlete at anytime — MyProCoach will then include TrainingPeaks Premium as part of your subscription.
Which Version Should You Choose?
Choose Basic if you just want training plans, coach support, and simple workout tracking — especially if you already have TrainingPeaks Premium.
Choose Premium if you want to take advantage of advanced tracking, flexible scheduling, and detailed performance charts.
Think about how deeply you plan to analyse your training data and how much flexibility you need in scheduling workouts — that guides the decision.
