First Plan
When you subscribe as an Unlimited Athlete, your assigned coach will suggest and apply your first training plan to your TrainingPeaks calendar. You’ll have full visibility of the plan in your calendar. If the plan doesn’t feel right, feel free to contact your coach for a discussion and request a different plan.
Subsequent Plans
After completing your first plan and race—or if your goals or needs change—you can easily request or switch plans directly from your MyProCoach account.
Refer to this article for guidance on choosing the right plan. You can preview each plan in the Plan Finder on your dashboard before making your selection.
Phil offers over 900 training plans for triathlon, running, cycling, and duathlon—whether race-focused or for fitness maintenance. Additionally, Strength and Conditioning plans are available to enhance your endurance training.
