Step 3: Add your Stryd CP and Zones to your TrainingPeaks settings:
Enter or Update Your Stryd Thresholds and Training Zones in TrainingPeaks
Already know your Critical Power (CP)?
Enter your run power threshold into your TrainingPeaks settings and use the MyProCoach auto-calculation for your 5 personalised training zones.
New to Running with Power?
Follow the workouts to pace or feel until Stryd has enough information to calculate your Critical Power. Then enter into your TrainingPeaks settings as above.
Critical Power Changed?
You will need to adjust your TrainingPeaks settings to ensure your thresholds and zones are aligned with Stryd.
