Your MyProCoach plan is delivered through TrainingPeaks, your training sessions appear on your TrainingPeaks calendar for you to view planned, and review completed training.
Alongside this, we provide guides, articles and support resources to help you understand how everything works and to get the most from your training. And if you ever get stuck or something doesn’t look right, you can email your MyProCoach-assigned coach for support and guidance.
TrainingPeaks is the tool that holds your plan. MyProCoach is the coaching behind it.
Adding a Strength & Conditioning plan
As an Unlimited Athlete, you have access to a strength plan:
Log in to your MyProCoach dashboard
Select your Strength & Conditioning plan
Click Apply plan
Choose Add, not Replace
Strength plans are designed to sit alongside your main endurance plan without causing conflicts.

Check your training thresholds before you start
Your training intensities are based on your thresholds. In your first week of training, you’ll complete fitness tests that are designed to check and set these correctly, with clear step-by-step instructions included.

Taking a few minutes to check this ensures your training intensities are accurate and your sessions work as intended.
Moving sessions on your calendar
Your plan is designed to be flexible around real life. You can move sessions by:
Clicking and dragging them to another day
Or opening the workout, changing the date, and saving
This allows you to adjust around work, family and recovery without breaking the overall structure of your plan.

How to contact your coach
As an Unlimited Athlete, you get ongoing access to our certified coaches. We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends.
Support is “on-demand” — you reach out when you need help. If we don’t hear from you, we assume your training is going well.
