Setting Up Your TrainingPeaks Account

Sign Up: During checkout, you’ll sign up for a free TrainingPeaks account.

Basic Features: At its core, TrainingPeaks is a training calendar that allows you to:

Premium Account: If you’d like more insights into your performance, upgrade to a Premium Account. This will give you access to various tools that help you analyze your completed workouts and track your progress more thoroughly.
Compatibility and Device Sync
TrainingPeaks syncs with over 100 devices, making integrating with your existing training tech easy. Whether using Garmin, Zwift, or another device, TrainingPeaks ensures your data flows seamlessly.
You can also set up email reminders to receive your daily workouts directly to your inbox, keeping you on track without logging in.
