The best way to follow your training plan is using the TrainingPeaks app on your phone, tablet, or computer. However, if you prefer a physical copy, you can print your plan or export it as a PDF. Please note that the printed version may not be visually formatted as neatly, but all the important information will be included.
Steps to Print Your Plan

Go to Calendar View:
- Open TrainingPeaks on your computer, phone, or tablet and navigate to the Calendar View.

Select Your Plan:

- Find the training plan you want to print in your calendar. Make sure you have selected the correct training week or month.
- Take a screenshot and print - this way, you will print 2-3 weeks at a time.

Scroll and Print

- Use a tool like Awesome screenshot, to scroll and print your whole plan.

Email Your Workouts
- If you prefer to receive your daily workouts by email, you can set this up in your TrainingPeaks account settings. This ensures that your workouts are sent to your inbox each day.
