Sync Your Device
To sync your completed workouts and view your planned workouts on TrainingPeaks, follow these simple steps:

Connect Your Device to a Compatible App
Ensure your device (GPS watch, heart rate monitor, bike computer, etc.) is connected to an app that syncs with TrainingPeaks, such as Garmin Connect, Fitbit, Suunto, or Wahoo. -
Log in to Your TrainingPeaks Account
Open your browser or the TrainingPeaks app and log into your account. -
Link Your Device or App
Navigate to the "Connections" or "App Integrations" section in the settings menu. Please select your device or app (e.g., Garmin, Suunto, etc.) and follow the steps to link it to your TrainingPeaks account. -
Sync Your Device
Once your device is linked, your planned workouts will sync automatically and appear on your device. When you complete your workout, it will also sync to TrainingPeaks automatically. You can manually sync by opening the app and selecting “Sync Now” or wait for the automatic sync.
By syncing your device, you'll have your planned workouts shown on your device during training and ensure that your completed workout data (e.g., heart rate, pace, power) is tracked and uploaded to TrainingPeaks for a seamless training experience.
