Training Peaks has a feature called Annual Training Plan (ATP). It's a tool that helps you create an overview of your training year, so you can see at a glance what training phases and training hours you have to look forward to.
Your ATP won't automatically pick up your training plan, but you can create an ATP and edit it yourself to match your training plan.
We use a similar method of periodisation to Joe Friel, who designed the ATP, so the terms used (Base period, Build period) are similar. We also include an easier week every fourth week, similar to what you'll find on the ATP.
Simply look at the periodisation in my training plans (Base 1 Week 1 etc) and then edit the ATP yourself, to match the weekly hours and phases.
