Annual Training Plan (ATP)
TrainingPeaks has a feature called the Annual Training Plan (ATP). It's a tool that helps you create an overview of your training year, so that you can see, at a glance, what training phases and training hours are ahead.
Your ATP won't automatically pick up your training plan, but you can create an ATP and edit it yourself to match your training plan.
We use a similar method of periodisation to Joe Friel, who designed the ATP, so the terms used (Base period, Build period) are the same. We include an easier week every third or fourth week, you can your ATP accordingly.
Look at the periodisation in our training plans (Base 1, Week 1 etc.) and then edit the ATP yourself, to match the weekly hours and phases.
