View Your Plan
To view your training plan, you will need to log into your TrainingPeaks account, which you will have set up when you bought your training plan. Using a free athlete account is fine, you don't need to upgrade to Premium.
Your Training Plan will appear in your Training Plan Library ready for you to place into your Training Calendar according to your race dates. If you need to adjust the start/end date see this article for further support.

Sync Your Completed Workouts
Check this article to see the over 100 devices that are compatible with TrainingPeaks. You can also find out more about how to get set up with your own device.
Once your device is synced, your completed sessions will automatically pair with the planned workouts in your Training Calendar.
Export Structured Workouts
Bike and run workouts are exportable to compatible devices and training software, such as Garmin, TrainerRoad (bike), Zwift and more. You can follow your exported workouts on-screen as you train.
You can also export your pool swim workouts to your training device (such as Garmin, Coros, Suunto and Wahoo). Please check this article from TrainingPeaks to find out more and learn how to set your pool length.
You can set your usual pool length (in yards or meters) as a default in your TrainingPeaks settings, and change in each workout (if needed).
Alternatively, you can print your swim workouts and take them in a plastic sleeve to poolside (a small whiteboard also works).
