Your training plan is structured to get you in your best shape for your chosen race type. Saying that you are free to switch workouts and be flexible with your plan. Just be mindful that replacing race-specific workouts within your plan with other fitness activities will likely compromise your target race outcome.
You may want to capitalise on opportunities for a more holistic approach to fitness. Choosing a plan with fewer hours of training than you have available can allow you to still enjoy other activities, whilst being assured of structured race-specific progression.
With the Premium TrainingPeaks account, you are free to move around future planned workouts. It is easy to drag and drop workouts to fit your schedule. With the free account, you can move workouts too and/or from the current (today's) date. Once you are training with us our coaches are on hand to offer advice if you want to change workouts around within your plan or include B/C priority races.
Other Activity TSS
To estimate TSS you need to know how the long the workout is and how intense it is. To estimate intensity you can use Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) or Average Max Heart Rate.
