Training Thresholds
To ensure your workouts are set at the right level for your ability, there are TWO important steps to follow:
- Enter your thresholds from your most recent fitness tests.
- Use the MyProCoach auto-calculation to update your training zones.
Once you've determined your training thresholds from the fitness tests in your plan, you'll need to update both your thresholds and training zones in your TrainingPeaks settings.
This ensures that you train at the correct intensity, optimizing each session, and receive accurate post-workout feedback and analysis in TrainingPeaks.
