There are TWO important steps to ensure your workouts are set at the correct level for your ability.
- Enter your thresholds from your most recent fitness tests
- Use the MyProCoach auto-calculation to update your training zones
When you have determined your training thresholds from fitness tests in your plan, you will need to update your thresholds and training zones in your TrainingPeaks settings.
This ensures that you train at the right intensity to get the most out of each session and get accurate post-workout feedback and analysis in TrainingPeaks.
