Thresholds
The first step is to ensure that you have accurately determined your thresholds by completing the fitness tests in your plan. Once you've done that, make sure you've entered your thresholds and training zones into TrainingPeaks.
- Enter or Update Your Thresholds and Training Zones in TrainingPeaks (Swim)
- Enter or Update Your Threshold and Training Zones in TrainingPeaks (Bike)
- Enter or Update Your Thresholds and Training Zones in TrainingPeaks (Run)
If you've already entered your thresholds and training zones, applied them to your settings, and they're still not updating correctly, make sure that you've specified the correct discipline (e.g., running, cycling, etc.) for each threshold. Additionally, ensure that the zones are not set as default in your settings.
