The first step is to check that you have correctly determined your thresholds (by following the fitness tests in your plan) and entered your thresholds and training zones in TrainingPeaks.
If you have done this, applied to your settings and still your thresholds and zones are not updating correctly, then check that you have specified to which discipline the thresholds apply. And that they are not set as default.
