Our training plans are available in three categories:

When you purchase any of Phil's plans, you can access a Free Strength and Conditioning Plan (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced).
Adjusting Plans for Aqua Bike and Xterra
We do not offer dedicated plans for Aqua Bike or Xterra events. However, you can easily tweak our existing plans to suit these disciplines:
- Aqua Bike: Consider following a triathlon training plan and adjusting it by removing the run workouts and adding extra swim or bike workouts according to your needs.
- Xterra: Consider using a triathlon plan to give you structure and adapt it for the unique demands of off-road biking and trail running.
