Choosing the right plan is key to your success.
Phil offers over 900 training plans for Triathlon, Duathlon, Running, and Cycling, tailored for different experience levels—Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Masters (40+). Plans range from 6 to 48 weeks to suit various goals and timelines.

Certified Coach Support
Even with the best-structured plan, life can sometimes disrupt training. That’s why you’re assigned a coach for continuity and support when challenges arise, such as:

- Vacations, holidays, work trips, or family events
- Changes in goals or canceled races
- Shifts in training availability (e.g., pool access, equipment, time constraints)

- If your plan feels too easy or too hard, we offer a free level swap within 14 days of purchase.
- You’ll receive email or chat support from a coach during your first use.
2. Become a MyProCoach UNLIMITED Athlete
- Switch training plans anytime to adapt to changing goals and schedules.
