Once you have determined your threshold values, you can enter them in your TrainingPeaks account settings to get the most accurate workout data.
In each threshold type section (Heart Rate, Power, Speed/Pace), you have the option of entering a Default value and an Activity Specific value for each sport type.
You should set thresholds and zones specifically for Swim, Bike and Run (or those activities relevant to your training).
The "Default" values will be used for any activity that doesn't have a specific activity setting. For example, if you did not add a threshold specifically for run pace - TrainingPeaks would use the default Speed/Pace values to calculate TSS. If you use an HR monitor for your strength workouts, it will use the default values.
