Although you cannot export your workouts from TrainingPeaks to your Wattbike directly, you can do so by subscribing to Wattbike Hub.
Wattbike Hub is ideal to access Wattbike's power and pedal technique metrics, without on-screen videos. It's particularly beneficial if you regularly train on Wattbikes in a gym.
Your Wattbike Hub account can connect to any nearby Wattbike it detects, making it a convenient portable option for your training.
Step One: Export your workouts from your TrainingPeaks calendar to your downloads.
- Open the workout card on TrainingPeaks.
- Click the arrow next to the workout title to export the workout file. Select ERG as your file type.
Your file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder (or the location where your device saves downloaded files).
Step Two: Import Your Workout to Wattbike Hub
- Open your Wattbike Hub app and select 'Workouts'.
- Scroll to 'Custom Workouts'.
- Select ‘Add’ > ‘Import a File’.
- Navigate to the location where you downloaded your file, select your workout file, and then save it.
Step Three: Enjoy your ride!
Select the play icon (red triangle) on the workout. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, you will be prompted to choose the bike ID from the list of recognised Wattbikes detected. After selecting the Wattbike you use, the workout will initiate a 5-second countdown before the session begins.
To import your Wattbike data files to your TrainingPeaks account, follow these instructions by Wattbike to connect your accounts and sync your data.
