Your training plan's bike workouts are created with TrainingPeaks' workout builder, allowing export to Rouvy and other platforms for on-screen training.
Rouvy is the Official Digital Sports Platform for the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 Triathlon Series, allowing you to ride their routes via the Rouvy App. Visit the IRONMAN courses section on Rouvy to explore available routes.
Steps to Get Started
Make sure to update your ROUVY App.

Sign in to Rouvy and click ‘menu’ in the top right corner.
- In the drop-down menu, choose ‘Connected Apps and Devices.’
- Select ‘TrainingPeaks’ and click ‘Connect.’
- Sign in to your TrainingPeaks account to allow access.
- After granting access, TrainingPeaks will appear in your connected apps list. Ensure automatic synchronization is enabled.
Viewing your TrainingPeaks Structured Workouts in Rouvy
- Log in to the Rouvy App. If you need to download the app, use your Rouvy account menu.
- Navigate to the "Workouts" tab in the app.
- Scroll to find My Collections and the TrainingPeaks tile.
- Your TrainingPeaks workout for that day will appear in the list of available workouts.
- The workout for that day is only accessible if it is scheduled in your TrainingPeaks calendar, for that day.
- Select your workout and start.
Check Your Functional Threshold Power (FTP)
If your FTP settings differ between TrainingPeaks and Rouvy, Rouvy will notify you and allow you to sync your Rouvy FTP value with TrainingPeaks.
Your FTP should be determined via a structured FTP test.
Providing you have synchronized your FTP values between TrainingPeaks and Rouvy, Rouvy will automatically adjust your smart trainer’s resistance based on the power parameters in your structured workout.
