Planned & Completed Workouts
When you complete a workout, the box in your TrainingPeaks calendar will change color based on how closely your actual effort matched the planned values.
Color Codes & Their Meaning:
- Green → Completed values are within ±20% of planned values (workout executed as expected).
- Yellow → Completed values are between 50%-79% or 121%-150% of planned values (moderate deviation).
- Orange → Completed values are more than 50% above or below planned (significant deviation).
- Red → Workout was not completed.
- Grey → Unplanned or unsynced workouts (completed with no planned values).
How to Sync Completed Workouts Automatically
You can manually mark workouts as completed in your TrainingPeaks calendar, but the best way is to connect your device or training software to your account. This ensures that completed activities automatically sync to your calendar.
