Planned & Completed Workouts
When you complete a workout, the box will change colour according to how you did.
- Green: Completed value is +/- 20% of planned values ()
- Yellow: Completed value is 50%-79% or 121-150% of planned values ( or caret)
- Orange: Completed value is more than 50% above or below planned ( or caret)
- Red: Workout was not completed
- Grey: Unplanned or unsynced workouts (completed values with no planned values)
You can manually mark workouts as completed in your calendar, but a smarter way is to connect your device or training software to your TrainingPeaks account. That way, any completed activity will automatically sync to your TrainingPeaks calendar.
