Planned & Completed Workouts
Planned workouts are shown in grey and when you complete it will change colour:
- Green = Completed workout
- Yellow/Orange = Under or over completed workout
- Red = Missed workout
You can manually mark workouts as completed in your calendar, but a smarter way is to connect your device or training software to your TrainingPeaks account. That way, any completed activity will automatically sync to your TrainingPeaks calendar.
