FORM Goggles and TrainingPeaks

Connect your FORM Goggles to your TrainingPeaks account

1. Open the FORM Swim App and go to your profile.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to access your profile settings. Go to 'external services', select TrainingPeaks, and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note: Historical swim data cannot be exported to TrainingPeaks.

Exporting Structured Workouts to FORM Goggles

You can now use your FORM goggles to follow your structured TrainingPeaks swim workouts in the pool.

Step 1 - Reconnect Your Accounts

• To start using this feature, disconnect and reconnect your Form and TrainingPeaks accounts.
• Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to access your profile settings.
• Open 'External Services', select TrainingPeaks and follow the on-screen instructions.
  
  

Step 2 - Review and edit your draft workouts.  

• Form will import nine days of swim workouts from your TrainingPeaks calendar (two days historical and seven days future) in a draft format. These imports can be found under ‘My Imports’ on the Home tab of the Form app.  

• You must review each workout in the Form app and click "Approve & Save" at the bottom of each one.  

• Once approved, the workout will automatically be sent to your FORM goggles.

  
  

Step 3 - Follow Your Workout

• Your FORM goggles have a section called ‘My Imports’ where you can access all your approved TrainingPeaks workouts.
• Click on this menu and select your workout.
• Enjoy your swim!
